About me and my practice
As a Person Centred based,integrative counsellor, I believe the work of counselling happens in the relationship we develop between us. That its important that the counselling relationship feels safe, connected and genuine.
We all find ourselves at times in our life when we feel overwhelmed, when life feels difficult, that what we thought we knew is breaking down or falling apart and we are not sure what to do or where to turn. I believe it is at these times, through counselling that we have the chance to learn more about ourselves, becoming more aware that we do have choices and the opportunity to make changes. That these breakdowns can become breakthroughs leading towards a life we can enjoy.
I offer 60 minute counselling sessions working with adults from across the UK via Zoom/Teams or by phone. If you would like to find out more please call or message me.

I offer an initial 15 minute phone call to answer any questions you might have and discuss what you would like to achieve through counselling.

Sessions are 60 minutes at £50 per session
